Pharmlink was founded by Clinical Pharmacist Marcus Heiner, who is passionate about the role community pharmacy can play in improving healthcare.

He has owned and operated a local pharmacy in regional NSW for more than 15 years, and is passionate about finding new and innovative approaches to support his patients.

Founder & CEO

Marcus is the founder and CEO of PharmLink and is a highly experienced clinical pharmacist with a strong commitment to improving healthcare outcomes within the community. Marcus has served as the Director of Capital Chemist Bathurst for the past 15 years and holds advisory roles in several other pharmacies and industry boards. Marcus’s passion is addressing systemic gaps in care for older patients requiring assistance, by working collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, home care providers, and patients.

Managing Director

Amber has 20 years of extensive experience in project management for complex, large-scale software system implementations for Macquarie Bank and ANZ Bank here in Australia as well as overseas. As Managing Director of PharmLink, her focus is on the planning and daily operational management.
