As a Pharmacy, you can register with PharmLink. We currently have a waitlist for Pharmacies to come onboard. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll keep you posted when your Pharmacy will be able to start transacting.
To receive and process orders via PharmLink, pharmacies must register as a Connected Pharmacy and provide the required business and invoicing details.
PharmLink connects Providers, Clients and Pharmacies to supply Clients Home Care goods. A Provider will place an order on behalf of the Client via the PharmLink portal and the Clients Connected Pharmacy will supply the order.
To access products and services via PharmLink, Clients must be approved under:
- A Home Care Package issued by the government, this includes My Aged Care Home Care Packages (HCP), and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Support at Home.
- The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
PharmLink is currently in the process of registering as an NDIS Provider. Currently PharmLink can support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. It will shortly be able to support NDIA-Managed participants.
No, Pharmacies do not need to be registered NDIS Providers to participate in PharmLink.
Unfortunately, currently Clients must be registered with a Provider to access PharmLink. You can use the Contact Form to let us know if you’re self managed and we can keep you posted with updates.
PharmLink is powered by Directo Pty Ltd.
Directo acts as PharmLink’s authorised agent, responsible for invoicing and payment collection on our behalf. They are also authorised to manage operational matters and handle Pharmacy and Provider enquiries.
No, there are no one-off sign-up fees, or ongoing fees for Pharmacies to register for PharmLink.
PharmLink takes a transaction fee on every order that’s processed, this fee will vary depending on the products in the order.
